Our Mama Time class is designed with you at the forefront. This is your space to rebuild strength, reconnect with your body, and find a little calm amidst the chaos. Expect a challenging yet nurturing yoga session that works on core recovery, posture, and those areas that take the strain of daily mama life. But it’s not just about the physical—this class is about you feeling good, mentally and emotionally.

What About the Little Ones?

We’ve got that covered. Whether your little one is 8 weeks old or a full-throttle 4-year-old, they are welcome here. We provide:
A safe space where they can be close to you
Wooden toys and sensory play to keep them engaged
The option to join in with yoga (because sometimes, they want to copy Mama!)

You don’t have to choose between self-care and childcare. This is your chance to move, breathe, and recharge while your child is happy, safe, and part of the experience.

A Moment of Deep Rest
