Motherhood rarely gives you a moment to breathe. This class does.
Mama Time Meets Mini Yogis is a gentle, playful yoga session designed especially for mamas and their little ones (walkers to pre-school age). It blends movement, mindfulness, and connection – giving children space to explore yoga through story and play, while you enjoy dedicated time to stretch, reset, and restore.
This is your weekly anchor: a calm, supportive space where you can move your body, bond with your child, and finish with deep relaxation you can actually feel.
What to Expect
Mini Yogis Time
Your little one learns through movement and imagination. Through simple yoga poses, breath awareness, games, and storytelling, children build balance, coordination, and confidence – all while having fun. No need for them to sit still; curiosity is welcome here.
Mama Stretch Time
Once the children are settled with age-appropriate activities, you shift into gentle, mama-friendly stretches to release tight shoulders, hips, and lower back. These sequences are designed for postnatal bodies (no matter how long it has been since birth) and are accessible even if you have not practised yoga before.
Joint Relaxation + Head Massage
We end together. You and your child snuggle in for a short guided relaxation. Mamas also receive a calming head massage to melt away tension and leave you grounded, lighter, and ready to step back into the world.
