Pull on your wellies and head to the farm! Join me for a mud-boots-and-giggles family yoga class with a farmyard twist - perfect for toddlers and grown-ups to enjoy together. Expect animal poses, farmyard sounds, and maybe even a cheeky piglet or two!

• Parents who want shared, screen-free time
• Toddlers who love animals, movement and getting mucky
• Adults who want gentle movement without any pressure
If your little farmer can't sit still, that's absolutely fine. Wriggling, rolling and mooing is all part of the fun. If you're worried you're "not flexible," that's irrelevant. This is about connection.
