Get ready for a roar-some session! Join me for a fun-filled family yoga class with a dinosaur twist - perfect for little ones and grown-ups to enjoy together. Expect dino-themed poses, lots of giggles, and maybe even a T-Rex or two!

• Parents who want shared, screen-free time
• Children who love imagination, dinosaurs and storytelling
• Adults who want gentle strength without pressure
If your child struggles to sit still, that’s fine. Movement is built in.
